ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, WE’RE UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGES AS THE SHIPPING PROCESS HAS ALREADY STARTED. OUR ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY SO ONCE AN ORDER SHIPS WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL THIS.

ALWAYS ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. ANY ORDER WITH AN INVALID ADDRESS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RETURNED AND CAUSE A DELAY IN DELIVERY TIME. IF YOU HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date on which the order is received, for a store credit. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.
